Speakers:

David L. Dragics, Senior Vice President Investor Relations, CACI International

Mr. Dragics joined CACI in August 1998 to manage the company's overall investor relations program. CACI's investor relations area is the primary interface between the company and its shareholders and members of the investment community, providing information and coordination to meet the needs of the analytical community and current and potential investors in CACI common stock. At CACI, he has also developed and implemented the concept of a Corporate Governance Team, using the resources of investor relations, legal, and risk management to interface with the compliance members of the financial community who are holders of CACI common stock.

Mr. Dragics' background includes experience in investor relations, finance, strategic planning, marketing, and operations in banking, financial services, aviation services, and information technology firms that support government and industry. His experience also includes financial positions at the operational and staff levels involved with both commercial outsourcing contracts and government programs.

The experience Mr. Dragics has in the investor relations area and the financial community, before joining CACI, includes directing and managing the investor relations programs for two NYSE-listed companies, where he won awards for annual reports he developed and produced. He has presented at numerous conferences and seminars, speaking on corporate governance, finance, and managing investor relations programs. He has also lectured on investor relations to graduate students at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, at the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, and at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. He has been a registered representative, with experience in both the retail and institutional segments of the market. He also has 10 years of strategic planning and merger and acquisition experience in financial institutions.

Mr. Dragics is a retired colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, having served 26 years of both active and reserve duty in military intelligence. He is a Vietnam veteran, has had two unit command assignments and was called back to active duty for Operation Desert Storm, where he directed operations for the Defense Intelligence Agency's Desert Storm Task Force.

Mr. Dragics holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a major in finance from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration in finance and marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of The Ohio State University Athletic Committee and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).


Laura Paugh, Senior Vice President Investor Relations, Marriott International

Laura Paugh is a senior strategist and trusted advisor recognized for expertise in investor relations, corporate governance and communications with more than 15 years experience as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Marriott International.  She has assisted in the strategic evolution of Marriott from a highly diversified U.S. restaurant, food service and hospitality firm into a global pure-play hotel company through significant acquisitions, dispositions, spin-offs, franchising and industry leading segmentation.  

Ms. Paugh developed and manages an award-winning investor relations program by integrating financial, business, and corporate communications strategies for Marriott International, the

$22 billion global lodging company with 30 distinct brands, more than 6,000 hotels and 1.2 million rooms.      

As part of the company's senior leadership team, she actively participates in determining Marriott's business direction, public positioning, and financial strategy.  She advises senior leadership and the Board regarding investor views, valuation, and strategies to enhance shareholder value, and addresses regulatory issues.  During her tenure, the company undertook significant international expansion and expanded through M&A, including the $13 billion acquisition of Starwood Hotels & Resorts completed in 2016.  Today, Marriott is a global enterprise with a presence in 125 countries and territories.    

Before joining Marriott, Laura was the Senior Financial Analyst at Hazelton Laboratories Corporation in Sterling, Virginia and a Financial Analyst with Ford Motor Company, Truck & Recreation Products Division in Dearborn, Michigan.  She is dedicated to the Investor Relations profession and has been a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 1985, serving 3 terms as Treasurer of the Washington, D.C. chapter and serving as a member of the Organizing Committee for NIRI's National Annual Conference. 

Marriott's investor relations program was again recognized in 2017 by Institutional Investor Magazine as Best Investor Relations Program for the Gaming and Lodging industry.
